Monthly credit pulls from JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEM and CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING?

I don't have any accounts with either of these business, either present or past tense. 

Why would they be pulling my credit report every month for the last two years!?

These guys are JDBs, they attempt to collect on old debts, if you have any then they have PP to pull your credit until its settled, those pulls can be SPs or HPs

Not any that is under 15 years old. Anything recent has been paid or in negotiations to be paid.
