Hey guys im sitting on a around 650(All 3 scores) and i have a total revolving credit limit of about 800 (1 account 300/ 1 account 500) 1 accounts will not increase my limit because its maxed for some reason and the other turned me down because i haven't had the card for a year. I was thinking of applying for some more but im not sure if i should just do some gardening until i get a 700 score. Or just apply for some now with the 650. Any thoughts?
I'd try for Capital One, Barclays, and Discover. I got approved for Discover IT with a TU FICO 659, and BK in 2011. Good luck and let us know what happens.
Got a credit limit from Barclay for 1,000. That is huge I never thought I would ever be able to get another credit card with a limit higher then 500. So this is a HUGE moment for me lol. I always thought once you mess your credit up there was no going back. Its definitely not the case. Ive been reading this forum for only 4 months and it has taught me so much. So thank you guys! Im now on a journey to hit the 700 club(Lowest score was 544 / Now 650s)
Congrats Barclays is a good card to rebuild with IMO. they took a chance on me as well even though I only got a 500 dollar CL. I got this card back in october so am hoping pretty soon to get a larger credit line. goodluck I am on my way to 700 too. you can do it!

By this do you mean your credit card is maxed, as in you've used 90% or more of the limit? ( so if it is the $300 card do you have a balance of around $270?) Or do you mean that the company said you have the highest limit that they can give you?
Keep your balances low, 0 on all cards and 1-9% on one card, and you'll have the max scoring possible for utilization... doing that will get you more credit limit increases and better accounts in time!
Congratulations on the Barclay card!
Congrats on the Barclay card! Thanks for sharing.
I meant the account that i have cannot get a credit increase. (Kinda odd but whatever lol) I keep a 9% balance on 1 card like you said. And i pay the other in full. But i applied to 2 more and got approved for a discover card with a 1600 limit and a capital one with a 2000 limit lol. I don't know if i should have done the three pulls. But i got approved and will probably get hit for the three. But in the long run i think it will be worth it. So now i have 5 credit cards.... I may have gone overboard lol
Barclay- 1000
Discover-1600
Cap One-2000
Credit one-500
Best buy-300
Wow, congratulations! I can't wait to get in the 650s so I can get some REAL cards and CLIs.
Okay now off to the garden you go!
