Mortgage Scores

Hello-  I'm trying to raise my mortgage score for transunion and it doesn't seem to be moving at all.  My regular fico will go up 10/20 points (credit repair) and my mortgage score does not move.  Any advice would be great!

No one can help you without some background...

Please post ALL of the following:

• Credit utilization aggregate
• Credit utilization on your highest card balances
• New accounts age
• Average age of all accounts
• Credit inquiries in the past 12 months
• Derogatories on your credit profile and how old they are and if there are any COs with balances

also where are you pulling your TU from?
