Should a mortgage that was included in bankruptcy be showing under negative accounts on the credit report?
And, are they supposed to be reporting the lates in with it? I thought that wasn't allowed.
A bankruptcy is considered a mjor derogatory. Are the lates prior to the BK and which bureau(s) are reporting it?

I understand the impact of the BK. Yes, the lates are prior to BK.
Then I believe that it is reporting correctly. When was the bk?

I thought things included in BK weren't supposed to show payment history. BK discharge was 12/2007.
Does anyone know the answer to this?
Should a mortgage IIB be showing under negative accounts with the late payments (well all the payment history) showing?
I know of no of nothing that prevents a creditor from reporting lates on a BK account. Since they wer prior to the BK I do not see a problem If it was during the BK I would have an problem withat because the court is in control of the payments and not you. The lates reporting must 5+ years old approximately. even if they were not reported I am not usre how much impact it would have on your score.
