I have searched the interwebs to find information on this company and any successful disputes. I have STELLAR credit (other than with than one collection with them). I tried calling and got an extremely rude person. I asked for a supervisor and they were just as rude and neither party offered a solution. I wrote a letter and it went unanswered. And now, here I am... disgusted. I just want this handled. I want it removed from all of my reports. But it seems that they are notorious for refusing to work with people.
Any suggestions???
Also, they removed it from transunion but it was placed again by the second name later the same month. Anyone had experience with them... PLEASE HELPPPP
