Congratulations on the delete. I also was able to get a PFD agreement for 30%, however YMMV. Mine was very old and would fall off reports completely early next year, but I did it anyways. I also did all communication by email and received a response the very next morning.

I had a collection with RJM that i tried to PFD but they didn't accept so i just settled the account and a few days later i disputed with all 3 CA's and it was deleted within a few days, Transunion actually deleted the account 1 day after i disputed it, very cool .
