I actually just started a new topic with my stats. If you want to take a look at it and respond that would be awesome!

Went ahead and pulled the trigger and updated my credit scores here at MyFICO. 

EX: 652

EQ: 650

TU: 645

Currently sitting at a 58% util. Planning on having it down to 9% by August / July. I'll pull again when that balance is reporting . 680 mid score by September/October, yes please!?

One can only hope! Still have pending GW's with my last two charge offs. Hoping for the best, expecting the worst!

Got a response back from Capital One today - they said that they can't make any adjustment. Welp, gonna wait another few weeks and fire off a letter.

Quick update. I disputed the judgment on my report with Equifax and they removed it (woohoo!). The upsetting part is, it tanked my score 31 points. I'm guessing this is because I was rebucketed, so I'm hoping for a quick recovery. Better to have a clean report, right?

How much longer do you have before your capital one falls off regardless?

11/2015 for Cap One will be 7 years.

10/2015 for BoA will be 7 years.

Why would being putting in a different bucket drop your score so much? I would think getting the judgment off would be a good thing. This credit stuff confuses me lol!

From my readings, this is actually typical. I should be able to bounce back quickly and my potential is much higher.
