@guydiver Thanks
@makeitelectric Do it! It's the best thing to wake up to.
CURRENT SCORES:
EQUIFAX: 623
EXPERIAN: 620
TRANSUNION: 625
Equifax dipped today by 2 points because they updated my Capital One charge off balance to $0. According to myFico, "Charged Off Account Account Closed By Credit Grantor Amount In High Credit Is Original Charge-Off Amount-Paid charge off Account closed by credit grantor Credit Card".
Experian updated as well, "Account Is Deemed As Uncollectible By The Creditor And Written Off As "Bad Debt" Or "Loss".
It doesn't say that the account was paid in full. The balance is updated to $0. I don't know what the hell that's about, but I'm going to call them. Crap1 told me to reach out to them first. I'm tired of chasing after these people Lord, may I never default on anything again. I've learned my lesson at 21 about paying bills on time. I'm going to get my money right if it's the last thing I do.
Anyways, needed another line of credit to help me rebuild and Macy's just approved me for a $300 line of a credit. My card is in the mail. Yayyyyyyyy <3
Bloomingdale's just approved me for a $1000 credit limit. I didn't get approved right away. It just said that my application was submitted. I called and asked about my status and apparently they gave me a $300.00 limit. I was transferred to have my identity verified and they lady told me actual limit is 1K. Man it feels good to be approved twice in a day.
I'm going to recon Macy's and ask for a CLI.
I just called Macy’s. They said I was approved for $300. Then, the bumped it to $600 after I verified my information. I requested a $1000 credit limit. The agent spoke with a supervisor and he wouldn’t budge.
I just applied for a Target RED card because I'm on a roll today. I hear the credit limit is meh, but I'm in need of some good credit to offset the baddie on my report. I'm going to garden for six months regardless of my application response. My fingers are crossed on this one.
