Finally.

Friggin Finally.

I had two medical collections from early 2011, one for ~150 one for ~350. I paid the lower one before joining on here, and sent a PFD for the second one about 2 months ago, requesting the deletion of both, for payment of the second.

THEY ACCEPTED. I still haven't spoken directly to the person in charge of my case, so I'm not positive that they accepted the deletion of BOTH accounts, but either way I'm estatic. You think waiting a couple weeks for a balance to update was hard? I've waited 60 days just to get a response! Elated.
