My GW Went Wrong

I sent a GW to my mortgage company asking for removal of a couple of lates. In my letter I clearly stated it was not a dispute. Guess what
Showed up on my CR today....consumer disputes! I guess I need to call them to have it removed?

Yes, call them and tell them it was not a dispute and to please remove it.

I don't know why creditors are doing this, especially when specifically state it is NOT a dispute.
