I have one significant baddie (besides a paid state tax lien) on my CRAs. It is a mortgage on a marital home in which I no longer live and I paid off a few weeks ago. I'm asking them to delete the entire TL. They've been adamant about not deleting the derogs, so I don't hold high hopes for this, but a question unasked is always answered "no".
As for the state tax lien, only reporting now on EX and EQ. Went through a long series of disputes, culiminating in BBB complaints (worked for TU). No dice. I have letters to state reps now asking for assistance. IRS can do it, so can the state. I will continue the fight on this one, however, as the CRAs are reporting the incorrect paid date, leaving it to report an additional 8 months after it is due to drop off.
