My Privacy Matters - Equifax no longer showing??

Anyone else having issues with My Privacy Matters??  The past few times I've pulled my reports through them, Equifax isn't showing up.  It used to, so I'm not sure if this is a temporary issue or if they are no longer going to offer Equifax along with the other 2 reports? 

Starting Scores: EQ (MyFico): 561 TU (MyFico): 579 - 2/15/13
Rebuilding Scores: EQ (MyFico): 597 (6/11/13) TU (MyFico): 606 (6/12/13)
Current Scores: EQ : 665 TU : 649 EX : 704

Cards: SDFCU $250 | Cap1 Secured $750 | Victorias Secret $500 | Amex BCE $4k | Chase FU $2k | Cap1 QS $1k | PenFed Promise $3.5k | Wayfair $1k | Care Credit $1k

Do you have a freeze on Equifax?  If not there are other reports of this happening  on  other forums.

No, not that I know of!  I got it just fine on Tuesday then yesterday, it didn't show up (but the other 2 did) and today I tried again and it didn't show up again.  Hmmm....

You're not the only one. On another forum, a number of folks reported this, me included. EQ has been blank for me all week.

Thanks everyone!  Glad to know it isn't just me!  Hopefully they are able to get it fixed up soon!  Would have been nice if they let their customers know that they aren't showing Equifax right now... just a little 'heads up' would have been good!

More than a week for me already , i call them everyday and all they can tell me call back 24 hrs if EQ dont show ? EIDT customer service really dont know what they talking about , i even talk to a supervisor and you know what she told me ??? maybe EQ doesnt have anything to report that why it didnt show ??? im speechless lol.
