Hey Guys/Gals,

I have about 6 negative collection from medical bill I was not able to pay totaling about 5,000 dollars. I have been reading about sending HIPPA forms out and people getting them deleted how would I go about doing that for my self?

Welcome to the forums!

These forums don't support the HIPAA process, though you can google for more info. I can tell you that it starts by paying off your medical debt. You are paying it off to the doc/medical office thereby maintaining medical privacy and then using HIPAA to get it off. I've read HIPAA backwards and forwards and personally disagree, but it has worked for some. The alternative is to send a DV then a PFD or pay the doc and then send a GW.
