My credit score wont come up!

My fico is 585. 

I recently paid off a personal loan a few months ago and that did nothing to help my score. 

I have 3 dings on accounts for 30 days late and 1 small collection from verizon. 

I had some old 30 day late dings that came off over the past several months because they were over 7 years old.  That did nothing to increase my score.  

My credit utilization is high but working on paying it down.

What can I do to get my score to increase??

  Send GW letters to get the lates removed.  Contact Verizon and offer a pay for delete if possible make sure to get it in writing before payment is made

what's the % of utilization?  paying it down under 9% of avail. limit should help with a score boost

My credit cards are just about maxed out.  UTI is around 90%.  Total CC balances total about $13K.

Paying down your cards is the easiest thing you can possibly do to raise your scores.  That high utilization is killing your scores.

+1  Concentrate on paying those down.
