My last neg

Well, I think it is time to start sending in disputes on my last neg - the repo!

DOFD SHOULD reflect 09/2007, but the 3 CRA are showing between early-mid 2008.

SOL for Florida is 5 years, correcct?

If I go off the 2008 date, then I should be in the clear from lawsuits - but could this start-up collection treatment?'

Any guidance from those that have disputed repo's?

Other than I never made a payment after I was fired my job, which is what lead me to no longer make payments on the car. I had an emergency fund that would keep me fead, housed, gassed, and car insured.

I'm not sure how else I could prove it.
