I want to make the point that NCO financial has more than one division, I know this because I owe them for two accnts..but I will give you the address I have, this I believe is the correct address and phone number but you may want to call compliance, compliance is for all of them.. I sent a DV letter and got it removed ..I kept it simple and to the point.
