Hello Everyone,
I have a few medical collections on my report with NCO FIN. There are 3 of them 56.00, 75.00, and 677.00. My issue is they are listed 6 times on my report. 3 say NCO FIN 02 and 3 say NCO FIN/99. For the NCO FIN 02 all three account numbers are the same. For the NCO FIN/99 the three account numbers are also the same. So it looks like this
NCO FIN 02
1111xxxx=75.00
1111xxxx=56.00
1111xxxx=677.00
NCO FIN/99
22222xxxx=75.00
22222xxxx=56.00
22222xxxx=677.00
Can someone please advise on a way to go about correcting this?
Thanks,
Scott

I have the same thing with a collection they have. They are reporting 2x. Any help would be appreciated
Write a letter to the CRAs, include a copy of your CR, and tell them they are duplicate debts.
I looks like NCO might be trying to do this on purpose as they are listing 2 different account numbers and 2 different CA names. However, they are one and the same.
If that doesn't take care of it I would file a direct dispute with them.
I had them reporting on my CR and they reported as NCOFIN/99.
