NCO Financial Collection Removed!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the people who are willing to share their experience, strength and hope... I just received a letter from Lisa Signore confirming agreement to delete a paid collection for Sprint PCS from the credit bureaus.

There is hope!

I love her! She deleted something for my sister last week. I can post the letter I had my sister send when I get to work tomorrow.

Lisa works for NCO (a CA). She seems to get things deleted off credit reports pretty easily.

thanks.....i figured she worked for NCO.....but i was just wondering how people knew her by name.....does she have a certain position there? or the only nice one to work with

I don't know her title, I think she's in management somewhere. If you search her name on here, you'll find more info, including the email address. Mind you she doesn't reply to these emails, she will send a letter in the mail.
