NCO Goodwill to remove medical collection

There is a paid medical collection with NCO on my reports that I'd like to get removed.  If anyone has had any success with a goodwill to NCO, please PM me the contact info (e-mail or snail mail is fine).

I wrote an honest letter explaining my situation and why the medical bill went into collections, mailed it to the address on my credit report, and less than a week later it was gone.  I think you just have to be honest, and make the letter short and sweet- long drawn out letters probably find the circular file quicker.
