Hi Im trying to rebuild my credit and pay off collections on my reports. I have this collection from NCO that i want to PFD. What is the better route to go about a PFD, snail mail or will sending an e-mail work. Does anyone have an e-mail address for them or a physical address?

IMO, snail mail is much faster. Seems contrary, I know. Per an address, if you pulled your CR directly from the CRA you'll see their full contact info. Seems like it is a Horsham PA address. In the past I had some DV success via that address.
