They attached all the documents that were signed during the purchase of the vehicle.
So NCO is not on your CR? If that's the case, then they are saying they can't confirm what the OC is displaying on your CR. If they are on your CR and sent that, then they are saying they may be breaking the law but so be it.
Anyway, that's what I got from it.
No, they aren't listing this on my credit report. Only the OC which is Honda. Honda has not sold my debt but have assigned it to them to collect and they have the authority to make a settlement is what they are telling me.
Can't I dispute the amount with the OC? NCO is saying they can verify the purchase with the contract they provided me but can't verify or deny the amounts is what I am gathering from this.
I really need some help. I am trying to buy and house and can't with this on my credit report.
bump
What are you disputing with the OC and why?
The amount they say I still owe for this repossession is what I want to dispute.
Did they sell the vehicle or what?
Sometimes after a repo and the vehicle has been sold, they add all these fees back and it can add up quickly. Did the OC ever send you an itemized list of charges?
The repossession on Equifax says $0 owed, Transunion states $11,900.00 or so and Experian states $10,934.00. Why are they all different?
Yes, they sold the vehicle for less than what they say I owed. I don't know what else to do. NCO wants the full $10,934.00 and I don't have all of that to pay on this debt.
If it is showing $0 bal than the OC sold the account to the CA.
