NDR Debt Relief Program

Has anyone heard of, or used, the NDR Debt Relief Program? I received a paper in the mail offering up to $30,000 for my credit card balance payoff through your Credit First, LLC. I'm not sure if I should trust it or where to check to determine if its a valid option before I call them. Any information would be greatlly appreciated.
