NFCU EQ Score is 2 Points higher

I applied for NFCU CC and was approved; I just got a letter in the mail today saying they pulled from EQ and my score was 625 as of 4/16/12, but MyFICO score is 623. What am I missing? Is Score Watch here different version from the one NFCU is pulling?

congrats on the approval. so spill the beans how much limit did you get? as far as scoring goes who knows. there are 2 different scoring models for eq though. i wouldnt worry too much about a 2 pt difference

Thanks rootpooty, I am very happy for the approval and can't wait to get my card in the mail this week, the limit is 10K my biggest ever.

How many days apart were the myFICO pull and the NFCU pull?

I have SW and the last update was on4/4/12 and the letter from NFCU is dated 4/16/12 which was when I applied for the CC

A lot can happen in 4 days like a CC updating, something aging, and so on. I personally wouldn't worry. I used to pull all the time and would notice several score changes each month, which was easy to do with 20+ reporting CCs.
