NY DMV unpaid bicycle tickets

Hi, does anyone know if The NY DMV reports unpaid tickets to the credit bureaus? I'm apartment hunting, I can't get my score from any website or agency, it says my info doesn't match the records. I'm risking a $350 non refundable fee if I apply and don't pass, they said no credit score is better than a bad score.
Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

It no longer matters whether tickets or fines are reported to the CRAs..

Under the new National Consumer Assistance Plan, the CRAs are now excluding debts that did not result from any contract or agreement with the consumer, such as tickets and fines.

The issue of whether or not you will get a score is totally separate, and depends upon the criteria established by FICO for producing any score.

The primary factor is having a trade line for at least six months.
