National Credit Systems GW success??

Hello. I found e-mail contacts for the president and CEO of National Credit Systems and sent them GW messages. I got the following message back the next day:

My question is, is this sufficient to get it removed from my credit reports? The message I got back was NOT a reply to my original message. Does that matter?

I would also like the contact info. I have a paid collection from them and have GW several times. Can you please also forward a copy/ template of your email so that I can use for reference. I was told to be as honest as possible, but I have not had much luck with this company.
