Yeah, what I thought...monitoring product. Have you been denied credit recently???
I applied for a Discover card about 2 weeks ago & was denied.

Ok, so I called the Cler of Court & they're saying their records only show that I was evicted, but they didn't put in any request for money. I'm assuming they just turned the amount I owed over to the collection agency? At this late a date (4 yrs after the fact), can they do anything, legally? The SOL is up, correct?

SOL is a defense, not a guarantee of lawsuit. It's something you say to a Judge, and he decides.
SOL can be determined by location; where the company owning the property is; managing co. is, or location of property. They get to choose usually, in their own favor.
What was the last update of that CA? It will show on the report gained by the link I sent you, and also..is it showing on that report?
*edit: and is there a public record showing on that linked eq report?
Hello again (& THANK YOU for all the help)...
Ok, on that link it shows the Date of 1st Deliquency as 12/2009, the Date Assigned as 3/2010 & the Date Reported as 2/2013. There is no "public" record, just this listing under the "collections" section.

Last date reported is feb last year...
If you awake the beast it's gonna look "new" again, along with possible legal recourse attached. Tread lightly. Are there any soft pulls showing on the report, from this CA owning the debt? If so, when are their dates listed?
...and save that report to pdf. It won't stay open forever.
I don't see ANY inquiries from them on my report (or, any of the other reports). So, I guess my best course of action is to just keep quiet & hope it drops off in Dec 2016, or shortly after?
