National credit care

Has anyone used national credit care? Mortgage companies apparently refer people to them. They promise to raise 20 points a month on average and get rid of collections and lates. Anyone have experience with them?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

I've never heard of them but they cannot do anything for you (for a price of course) that you can't do on your own.

Plus there is no incentive for them to do anything quickly. The longer they take the more the customer has to pay.

What are the dates of each late payment and the collections?

I ask becaue the older any negative is the less the damage it is doing to your score.
