Okay so I have a 120 day late that's not 100 percent my fault, when I got this loan from Pioneer Services for a meezly $700 ring they told me they were going to mail me the statement . We'll apparently they were talking about email and I let it go and forgot about it until 120 days pass. It hits my credit and I ended up calling them. Checked my email spam fold and found all the bills and ended up catching up on the loan and paid it off. We'll I called and tried to dispute but they are saying they have to report accurate info. They also say they have a record of calling and talking to me in the phone which us not true. What can I do from here??? Anyone have tricks up their sleeve. OP forgetting a bill most certainly is 100% his fault. I'm amazed you could borrow $700 and forget about it for 4 months.
