Need Advice

I have three item that are showing delinquent. One is for SST, one os for HSBC and the other is Capital One. There are no shown payments on these in a couple of years. There is also 3 current collection accounts showing. One is for Midland @ $1718, one is for Burns/Carlisle @ $73 and another for MNET for $1574.

I believe the MNET and Midland is for the HSBC and Capital One credit cards, but I am not sure. I think the Burns&Carlisle may be a medical. Where do I start wih all of this?

Do you know what the DoFD of those OC accounts are?  What is your states SOL?

2 are 6/2015 and the other is 7/2018.

Those are the removal dates correct?

So roughly 2008 and 2011 for the date you were first delinquent and never brought the account current.  Does that sound right?

The one from 2008 would be outside the SOL and you could safely send a DV to the CA.  The one from 2011 you are still within SOL.  If you can PIF, send the DV letter, otherwise they could turn around and sue if they validate.

Here is the mess I have from just Transunion and Experian. The ones that are highleghted the same color are duplicates just through different reporting agencies.

By the way, what is a DV?
