Need Assistance-- GW Letter

I have this stupid old Express card that I made a ton of perfect on time payments for with one 90 day late wedged in the middle of all my good payments.  I am wondering if anyone has a good letter of GW to send to the creditor and was also wondering if I should send it snail mail?  Need some advice. THANKS

Do a search  with the bar on the top right.   There many examples of GW letters.  Good Luck !
