I paid off my credit card collection accounts the first week of this month. My credit reports have not updated as of yet. Do I need to wait until they make the updates before I send GW letters? Also, how come Capital One is sending me a bill for the full amount stating it's past due when I paid the CA in full and Capital One has record of this as of January 18th? Doesn't exactly make sense seeing as when I originally contacted them before making any payments they said they could not discuss my account with me and referred me to the CA.
