That's what I'd like to see, do they leave it as CO status, or mark it as pays as agreed.....

I think paid in full and removing it from you bureau is two entirely different things. See if they will remove it completely from your CR if it is PIF and then do all correspondence by certified mail GET THE AGREEMENT IN WRITING
