Need Help rebuilding

Hello everyone, in the past when i was younger i made LOTS of mistakes with my credit. Buying everything i could without thinking about the consequences. I have since then been attempting to rebuild and currently have a few installment loans and CC's. Would like any help possible for what i should be doing next to help me! The ones from LVNV have doubled, the largest balance recorded was 500 less than what is listed on my credit report. I'm unsure what to do or where to go next, so any information would be greatly appreciated! Here's what everything looked like

For the OC accounts with just late payments, send them GW letters asking for them to remove them.

For the OC accounts with negative indicators and 0 balances, they no longer own these debts.  Send them GW letters asking if they will remove them.

On the collections accounts, what is the SOL for your state?  If outside of SOL, send the CAs a DV letter.  If they validate offer them a PFD.

If the CA accounts are within SOL, unless you can PIF, don't send them anything.

Thank you so much! And are there any premade GW letters i could use or look at to get an idea? And i have to look up the SOL for my state !  Looks like in NH it's 3 years oral, 3 years written, 6 years promissary and 3 years for open ended accounts, that's what i found online

Now, where on earth do i send these letters to? sorry for all the questions i'm still very new to this and have been browsing forums. Most people seem to get the addresses from other people?

Actually, start with the addresses on your CR.  If they are returned or you get no response, start looking for other emails/addresses.
