Need Help!!

I have a charge off listed on my credit report from WFFINACE from back in 2004.  I have called every # for Wells fargo, but no record on file with my SSN or the account # listed on my credit report.  I submitted a dispute to all three CRA's.  what should i do next??

Hi, What was the reason you disputed this CO?  How did you dispute?  by mail, online, phone

i disputed online under account verify. should i have done another method.  This account showed up on my all three credit reports for 7K
