Need Jefferson Capital Email Contact - Any help is appreciated

Hello All - 

I paid off Jefferson Capital in Jan of 2012 during my rebuilding process.  At that time I couldn't get them to goodwill/PFD etc and I just ate the bullet and I've been riding out my time.  It is literally the last item on my credit report at this point and I have a perfect payment history on all other tradelines.  Frustratingly, the original creditor has been long removed and the account should have expired last year.  Automated disputes have not gone well and I'm not having much luck with Jeff Cap.  I went ahead and filed a BBB dispute this evening as several folks have had some success, but I'd like any email addresses that are out there and I'm mail, emailing, fax blitzing anybody I can at the company to hopefully get somebody's attention.

I appreciate anybody that can help.

I had a similar issue myself.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau last month and Jefferson Capital responded to the complaint within a week that they would delete from my CRs.  Two days after their response the TL was gone from all 3 CBs.  They seem to act quick when someone calls them out on there for their wrong doings.

Deleted in less than 48 hrs after BBB complaint.  I would recommend anybody with Jeff Capital problems give it a try.

They seem very sensitive to their image with the BBB and prefer to just delete accounts rather than fight it through that channel.
