Hello,
I have been denied GW requests by 3 different CSR reps for Macy's this week. They all tell me that while they were previously able to remove late remarks from credit reports as a courtesy they no longer are able to do so unless it is a mistake. Apparantly it is a new Macy's policy. I know my only shot left is to email someone from the Macy's executive team. Preferably the CEO. I have had success with Citi and WFNNB doing this same thing.
Can someone please PM me the CEO email address or other member of executive team if you have it? I have had no luck searching online.

The point of the forum to help each other out with the success one has received but I can't for the life of me get any help. There is a lot of info on here but no email info. Good luck to you. I just received my first they can't do it letter in response to a call I made.
