Need a PFD letter for an OC

Hi all-

I want to send a PFD letter to Kay Jewlers which is one of my boyfriends creditors. I know the account is his and the amount he owes is correct. It is being reported as charged off and i'd like to pay it off before a CA starts reporting on it. Any ideas on a letter? I looked at the example PFD letter to a CA but it doesn't seem to apply in this situation. Please help.

I would try and reach someone by phone first. Of course you want the PFD in writing, no doubt, but at least you can get an idea of where you stand in terms of getting the CO removed. Ideally, you would try to rehabilitate the account and have it report as good with no lates, but often that's not an option.

I have only seen ONE PFD letter...the letter is not going to be made for everyones personal situation...that's why...you have to tweek it...for your own situation...
