Search GW Sample here in the forums and you'll find several GW letters. The main point is to use these samples as a guide and write your own letter that is geared towards your own experience. I think most are mailed regular mail, though some here have been successful using email addresses as well. There is no one GW form letter that will work...you have to create your own, but the samples here should help you with the idea.
Thank you for the follow-up. I just need to find out some additional information on arnold harris.
So I continue to contact them (via phone), and they continue to tell me that they do not delete. However, the lady (who was extremely pleasant to speak with) told me that maybe I should dispute it.
Is this a good idea?

Unfortunately, a valid TL (Trade Line) should never be disputed. 99% of the time an online dispute will go through e-oscar and will come back verified.
I would go the GW route. I had a situation like this with Kansas Counselors due to the same reason. I sent them a GW letter and they sent me a reply back and removed it.
