Need advice on next steps. (LONG post- sorry!!)

I’ve been working on my credit since around January, and while it may not look like it from below, I’ve actually made significant progress- it used to be much worse!  At this point, I’m stuck on what to do next, and would appreciate any feedback.

Here’s a synopsis of the baddies remaining on my report as of 6/17/2013:

HSBC: Charge-off/collection.  Purchased by another lender.  DOLA 4/2010 (DFD 5/2010)

First Premier: Charge-off/collection.  Purchased by another lender.  DOLA 4/2010 (DFD 5/2010)

Car Loan:  Tricky- EQ shows no lates and reporting as pays as agreed.  EX shows 2 30-day and 1 60-day lates (DFD 6/2012).  But it also shows DOLA as 1/2013 and “OK” payments for 8/2012 through 1/2013.  Even though it was PIF in 8/2013.  TU shows 2 30-day, 1 60-day, and 1 90-day lates (DFD 6/2012) and closed/PIF in 8/2012.  But also shows a current status of 90days past due.  (see, tricky!!)

HSBC/Furniture Row: 1 30day late (5/2011), 2 60day lates (2/2011 and 6/2011).  Settled less than full balance- DOLA 9/2011.  Settled in 6/2011.

USDOE #1: reporting 1 90day late (10/2011).  Then went into deferment after that, and closed in 5/2012. Reporting paid or paying as agreed

USDOE #2: reporting 1 90day late (10/2011).  Then went into deferment after that, and closed in 5/2012. Reporting paid or paying as agreed

USDOE #3: 5 60day and 9 90+ day lates (DFD 4/2011) closed 9/2011.  Reporting paid or paying as agreed

NM Student Loan: 6 90+ days late (DFD 11/2006) Closed 5/2007.  Reporting paid or paying as agreed

Asset Acceptance CA: $367 for First Premier. Assigned 11/27/2012 (FP DFD 5/2010)

Judgment: Civil judgment $875. Filed/reported 6/2012. (old landlord/tenant issue)

I know it’s a lot to look at!  Overwhelming! Smiley Sad  But, I’d really appreciate any advice/feedback.  And please let me know if there’s further information needed.

Thanks in advance for any/all help!  Thanks!! Smiley Happy

HSBC & First Premier - send a GW (since it is sold).

Car - at the risk of deletion, and even added lates, I would send a GW because they are all recent.

HSBC Furniture - I'd send a GW asking for deletion

SLs - I'd send GWs.

Asset - I'd DV. If they verify and I agreed, then PFDs next.

PR - I'd pay it and then ask the plaintiff's attorney if they could ask the court to have it vacated.

Ok- as I began working on the letters, I thought of another question.

Would you GW the entirety of the student loan accounts, or should I attempt (at least on the couple that don't have a TON of lates) to GW the late payments only?

Thanks again for the assistance!!
