Need at least 680 mid score

I need to boost my credit score up to at least a 680 (now at 632) within 6-10 months. Any advice would be great. Below are my accounts that show on Equifax. I also have 3 paid collections that I have sent good will letters to.

It's a screen shot from a FICO report. It means that the account is viewed as a positive by FICO.

OP, don't touch those accounts.
