So I checked my credit report this morning... Midland is indeed not reporting and my score jumped from 607 to 735! So I printed it out, called them and paid the settlement offer. I'm hoping they just won't report since they haven't begun yet, however if they do I'm going to dispute with what they wrote me in the settlement letter (what I wrote above). Well see what happens...
