I have gotten a short sale removed from my credit with both EX and EQ so far since the lender went out of business. I tried to dispute it online with Transunion as well and every time I try to log into their dispute site it says this site encountered problems. Been like this for a month now. Is anyone else experiencing this with Transunion or having trouble disputing something with them all of a sudden?
I called them about 3 weeks ago and disputed the items over the phone but still nothing has happened with the account. I'm just getting frustrated with Transunion in general. Seems like my items update quicker on EX and EQ and TU always lags behind.
Anyway, has anyone tried to do an online dispute with TU and gotten the site to work?

Hi Bella143 and welcome to the forums!!! Anytime you dispute over the phone you are blocked from the online dispute system. You will need to call in to check status.
Thanks for the response. However, I was blocked from the online dispute system before I ever called to dispute it over the phone. Almost like I've either been cut off from disputing online or the web site hates me.
Did you ask them why you are blocked from disputing? That shouldn't require a dispute to answer that.
