The two accounts are not mine, no idea why they're there. The judgement MIGHT be mine, I'm honestly just not sure. The name doesn't ring a bell, but I vaguely remember a court paper. Because of the dates of these, should I keep fighting for removal or just wait? EX and EQ are still in dispute, but TU basically told me the creditor says it's mine, so it is. No investigating anything, they just take their word for it.

The judgment will go away soon. If wanting to pursue it I'd start by asking the court for more information.

If you are 100% certain the last two are not yours, then contact the police to get a report filed for ID theft. You can then use that copy of the report to re-dispute and it'll work out. When you disputed, did you provide anything showing otherwise?

Re: Need help with denied disputes

Thanks for replying. I guess I'll leave the judgement be, it's almost time anyway.

The 2 others though, I'm sure are not mine. I'm not sure I want to file a police report as of yet. That seems very drastic. I've been reading online and what do think about sending a CMRR combo DV/SOL letter, and then disputing with the CRA's again with the receipt?
