Hello Again

Can one of the many experts look at this for me.

In 2010  I settled with Chrysler for $1,200 which was all I had at the time from a job loss.

This is only being reports on my TU report. Any suggestions about what can be done?

If your first late was 2007 and you never caught the account up, that would be your DoFD.

But it appears you must have.  Then in Oct 2009 you were late again. 

Is that correct or am I missing something?

Thats correct, and then I settled the account in 2010

The date you settled has no signifiance.

Your date of removal is actually sooner, by 2 months, than your missed payment.
