I will have the judgement paid before the end of the year; the accompanying CA didn't appear on my CR until a few months ago....CA tradeline is for about double the amount of the judgement. Sooooooo, I will have to deal with them afterwards. The eviction is a joint liability and was filed 12/2011. Do you mean two years from when I paid it or two years from the eviction??? I am hoping the latter as its been almost two years since it was filed...
