Need your Advise! :) Recently paid off all my Ugly debt, Now what??

I recently paid off all of my ugly debt that was around 13,000.
Some settled for less and some paid in full. Iv tried to get most paid for Delete and have sent good will letters to darn near all of them.
I also recently delt with a local credit repair company a friend recommend which all they did was send dispute letters and they got maybe 30% things removed that may have been errors or something else.

The ugly stuff still lingers on my reports due to them being late two years ago and older.

I have three credit cards
Best Buy
Limit-$1000
Balance -$0

Macy's (which my wife put me on as a authorized user)
Limits-$10,000
Balance-$0

Capital one (which my wife put me on as a authorized user)
Limit-$3000
Balance -1,560

This put my total credit card utilization at 14%

Age of these Credit cards average are a year 1/2

I also have a loan that my wife consigned on for my car that is $9,200

Last time I missed a payment was 1 Year and 7mo (which that was the day I started to rebuild my credit pay off old debt)

I have never been late on my current car

No public Records
No Bankruptcy
No Repo's
No House in my name

We have the Macy's card we use for gas and food and then pay it in full before the due date

I know I should pay the Capital one off to $0
But what else can I do to help my credit?

What's the next steps to take?

I'd get two more cards in your own name, if possible. AU help with age & utilization, but you need to build your own credit history. I don't know which lenders that you settled with, but check for pre-qualification from capital one and discover. If you can't get a regular card from them, they'll offer you a secured version if you qualify.

You need three or four cards of your own.

Pay off Cap One then start checking prequals for another Cap One card.

Check Merrick for prequal also.

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.
