Negatives falling of report?

Hi All, 

Just a quick question, all three of my credit reports list an estimated removal date of either May or June for my foreclosure, when can I expect the item to fall off? Is it the following month or a specific date during the month? Just curious, don't want to pay to pull my reports until I have confidence it won't be there. Any insights would be appreciated!

They actually have until the end of the month to remove them.  If they are not gone then you can dispute as obsolete.

Sometimes they will remove them earlier also.  They don't want to violate the FCRA by reporting too long.
