Thanks to everyone in the rebuilding forum for helping me to rebuild me & DHs credut enough to grab some nice cards.
I though that I'd be working on my credit for another year, at the very least. And for DH, I thought that we'd have to wait for his COs to fall off in the fall, but from the advice of ppl in this forum, from 2 months of GWing and PFDs - we've gotten our credit to a decent place to secure some decent cards. I am very happy with our current trends and very thankful to all of you who've contributed. People here are so knowledgeable and I TRULY appreciate that!!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us to rebuild.
We snagged these today...
(2) Discover IT cards
NFCU Visa Siggy (thru PC)
As of 2/11, Chase Freedom - $4K CL - successful recon!!
And it wouldnt have been possible without some great advice, knowledgeable responses, and spoken truths!

All 7 credit cards in one day though? Could be totally wrong, but isn't that a bad idea?
These are 7 cards that me AND DH snagged together. I only picked up the Discover, Amex, Chase, & PC'd to Visa Siggy. He picked up the others. I'd agree that 7 cards for ONE individual in one day would probably be a bit too much for FICO purposes. But either way, I just cant wait for our scores to jump in 6-12months after we've gardened with these new accounts.
