Will it make sense for me to call and ask payment forgiveness for the 90 day late miss payments?

Also on my transunion report i have two collections by the same oc

Also i cancel my membership with exp. soon as i call and cancel and hung up the phone i got an email saying my score drop by 22 points just cause i cancel my membership

You can try.  All they can do is say no.

Can you pay the collections in full?  If so, send DV letters to both of them.  One should delete and the other should validate.

Your score and membership cancellation was a coincident.  Something else happened to cause that drop.
