no same here... called them because didnt hear back from them via DV

told rep i was filing FTC report with a couple items on my report and she passed me over to a supervisor that sayid they were still waiting on response from OC (bad boy bail bonds) told her I didnt owe them any money. and she said to go ahead and send them a police report... would rather not file one..

but well see.. think ima either BBB them or contact cra asking how they were able to verify debt if CA cant even verify it with OC

Re: New Rebuild Journal Xwill04

[ Edited ]

Hi guys, its been a crazy past month! Been checking my report every single day! lol Here are the results so far...

Couple things to note:

*OpenSky CC takes forever to update my payment history.. Equifax shows $0 other two still show like a 2 month old balance..

* First Premier hasnt come off Equifax yet

*Applied Bank hasnt reported to Equifax yet

* Santander hasnt posted to any CRA yet... Made my first payment 3 weeks early

* Sent a BBB complaint regarding Rash Curtis & Associates yesterday as I sent a DV and called them approx 35 days later and they said they were still working on retrieving information from OC.... Yeah pretty much you have no info on this account. Lol

*Not sure if I should pay off Macys n take a score drop or let it age off...

Looking good heading into the New Year :smileyhappy:
